My bill seemed higher than normal this month so I decided to call and see what was going on? I was lucky enough to get Agent Angie Emery on the other end of the phone. She explained to me that due to an accident I had in November my rates had gone up. Makes sense, but that wasn’t going to help me lower my monthly bill in this moment. So I asked about bringing my insurance down the state minimum. Angie quickly talked me off that ledge pointing out the fact my Truck has quite a bit of value still and I would regret this decision if the worst case scenario played out. Long story short Angie took 45 minutes with me and went through many different options I had to bring the bill down. She got creative in her approach. She enrolled me in their new auto coverage which launched recently. Angie also pointed out I have rental car coverage, which I don’t really need due to the fact we have a second car at the house that I could use if my truck was in the body shop. The other change she mentioned was raising my deductible from $500 to $1000. I get that this could eventually potentially cost me more money, but my goal was to lower my monthly payment. Angie listened in the beginning and understood the reason for my call. She did everything within her power to achieve what I was trying to accomplish. At the end of the process my bill came back down to being very close to the original bill amount before the increase. Angie did an amazing job!! Thank you Angie!!

Highly recommend this agency for customer service and support. Have spoken to two agents, Sarah and Christinna on multiple occasions and their support and knowledge of the best plans, offers and money saving strategies is excellent. Each time I called, my entire chart information, calls, requests are all available and used to help solve issues immediately. Prices are competitive and I feel reflective of excellence over other agencies offering lower rates but with obvious deficiencies to their policies. There are lots of incentives available for saving through Drivewise safe driving app, no claims for a year discounts that really add up.

I just had the best experience with an insurance company. Tate and Katie can’t be beat with their knowledge and professionalism. Worked with Olivia Crowley at the All State/Ficker Insurance Group in Falmouth, Maine over the phone on few inquiries/changes I needed to make on my auto policy and she rocked! There's always a part of me that thinks, "Why do I need a third party involved with my insurance policy? This is straightforward stuff." Then something happens out of left field, I call them, everything gets straightened out, and I remember why I go through Ficker. Just so much easier than dealing with insurance company call centers.
