After being with GEICO for 20 years, all it took was one phone call with Joel Kreitzman to make the switch! Originally calling for a quote on insurance for my new motorcycle, Joel was able to offer me the same coverage at literally HALF the rate of Geico. That definitely saved me 20% or more… on my motor insurance ( More like 50% off! ). I now have great coverage in auto, motorcycle, and renters! Joel gave me great insights into the coming market changes in price differences. He was incredibly thorough and took his time to answer any questions and sure my needs were met. He offered unparalleled customer service! He was friendly, timely, direct, and REAL which is hard to find with companies nowadays. He even called GEICO handling the entirety switching my insurance and even got me my money refunded. It felt like the same service Jim from the office would give. Geico doesn’t give a damn about where my hard earned dollar goes, Joel does, and I appreciate that. If you needed a reason to switch let it be this: Better coverage, better savings, & better service with Joel kreitzman.

Lunden was the agent I worked with when looking to get a new homeowners and vehicle policy. He was so attentive and ready to help - I couldn't have asked for a better agent experience. We are very pleased with Allstate Insurance, specifically Tate Flicker in Falmouth. We had been with our other insurance company for years. They decided to change something with our policy that we didn't agree with. We went online to just check and see what was out there for insurance and rates. We really didn't think anyone could compare to what we had for coverage or rates.The agent from Allstate Insurance called. We had talked with someone from another agency about a year ago, so I didn't think they could help us. We talked and he worked on the coverage we wanted and came back with the numbers. We were amazed and very happy. We could keep all of our coverage under one policy and the cost was very comparable to our old policy.When we had to make changes with a new car they were very helpful and friendly.We highly recommend Tate Flicker Allstate Insurance to all.

Agent Mitchell Bennett was fantastic! His expertise resulted in our saving hundreds of dollars annually to insure two vehicles, our house and an "umbrella" policy. For all coverages, I will be paying just a tad more than just my auto insurance alone: appx. $201/mo. vs $162.55/mo. Mitchell was very, very good to work with. I heartedly recommend him and Tate Ficker.

Gaylon went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He was personable, friendly and easy to talk to. My questions were answered clearly and I felt like my call was important. My contact at Allstate is Michael McDonough who works for the Tate Ficker Agency. Michael has been excellent throughout the enrollment process. I am very detailed oriented, and asked a lot of questions relating to the coverage, costs and add-on options. Michael is well-informed, articulate, patient, personable and lightning quick in getting back whether in response to a phone call or email query. Allstate's site online seems to be superbly designed and easy to navigate. Michael has proven himself to be an excellent emissary for the Allstate brand and Tate Ficker Agency.
